How much does it cost to book for a Mini Monsters Party?£17.95 per child and entitled to be accompanied with One (1) adult. Additional adult and siblings welcome but with extra charge on arrival.

Do parents have to pay when their child is invited to a Mini Monsters birthday party?NO. Mini Monsters Birthday Packages only charges for children, minimum of 10 children. However, the entry is only valid for one parent, one child. For extra adults and siblings, there will be an additional door charge.

Can I bring my own decorations?Yes, you may bring your own decorations like table cloths, balloons, decors, etc BUT, everything must be taken with you when the party is finished or when you leave the premises.

Can I bring a cake for my child's birthday party?Yes, you can. You may light the candle, sing 'happy birthday' and slice the cake and pop them into individual party bags to be enjoyed at home. Due to possible allergies, NO CAKE may be eaten in our party room. TIP: Please bring napkins or boxes to wrap and the sliced cakes and pop in the party bags.

Does the birthday package include tables and chairs?Yes, the party tables in our party room upstairs are all set up with plates, cups and cutlery.

How long is the duration of the party?Party Time is 2 hours - 80mins play and then 40mins for food in our Party Room upstairs. We kindly ask parents to get the kids ready to leave after food. They are not allowed back in the soft play area, at this point. Weekends are very busy so we kindly ask you to leave on time so we can get the room ready for the next event or session.

When do I need to submit allergy information?All Allergy Information should include name of the child and the allergies and MUST be provided to us at least seven (7) days before the party date. Children with allergies will be served with a plated food. Otherwise, it will be a buffet style and children can help themselves.

Can Party Guests sit downstairs?Our Party Room is located upstairs with loads of tables and chairs provided and has a wide window where you can watch the children play around our soft play area. The downstairs seating area is reserved for the public and not for the birthday party. Parents may stand near the soft play to check on their children during playtime but all belongings must be kept in the part room upstairs.

Are party bags included in the package?We can provide sweet bags at £1.50 each which can be added to your booking seven (7) days prior.

Can we open a tab in the MIni Monsters Cafe during our birthday party?Yes, you can open a tab in our cafe if you wish.

Can we bring additional food for the party?No. You can not bring additional food in the party room, for health and safety reasons.

Can we hire Mini Monsters exclusively to our group?Yes, we now offer exclusive hire with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 children. If you have more attendees, please email us with more information.

What does Exclusive Party Hire mean?Exclusive party hire of the whole building for the duration of your party (closed to the general public)

Party Terms & Conditions
Party Payments and changes by you the customer
• Your deposit payment of 50% secures your party booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
• The 50% deposit is calculated on your estimated number of children at the time of booking.
• You will have the opportunity to adjust the numbers at the final payment stage (7 days prior to the date of the party).
• Your party is for you and your guests we want you to have the best time however, your seating area is up stairs please don't sit at tables downstairs they are reserved for public booking.
• Party organiser must arrive 10 minutes before starting of the party to set up
• Once your party goes up stairs for food , you cannot return to the play frame during that period , party is then finished.
• Please ensure you vacate on time as there maybe a party after
• Please note that your party is not confirmed until final payment has been received.
• Final payment is due, along with your final party numbers, 7 days before your party date.
• After number confirmation and full payment is received, any number change requests will not receive a refund in monetary value.
• Once we are in receipt of the final numbers, you are unable to decrease this number but you can increase or have guests arriving on the day. Additional charges will be required to be paid on the day.
Please note additional adults' are chargeable if there are one or more adult attending with a child invited to the party.
Party Cake (Inc. cupcakes) - due to the UK food information amendment, also known as Natasha's Law, came into effect on the 1st of October 2021 and requires food businesses to provide full ingredient lists and allergen labelling on foods, we are happy for you to bring cake which is either, professionally made by a baker or shop brought onto the premises so that we can see ingredient. We must ask that you put this into a party bag for the children to take home due to the risk of food allergies within the soft play.
Changes by Us
• We reserve the right to change the content of any booking or party package without prior notice.
Cancellation
• We don't refund any deposits paid.
• We will reschedule the party with up to one week’s notice. This will be on any available date.
Party Bookings
• Party bookings are for a min of 10 children ( which includes the birthday child/children)
• Maximum party numbers for the room are 30 (If you with to invite anymore please call to discuss).
• The party area is exclusive to your party.
• Any additional products we request are ordered at the time of your final payment.
